It was the live album that was supposed to buy The Who enough time to come up with a worthy follow up to their overwhelmingly successful rock opera Tommy. But the blistering performances they delivered turned Live at Leeds into a classic all on its own.

And to hear John Entwistle tell it, that was the version of The Who he liked the best:

Join us as we salute The Who—in their loudest, rawest incarnation—with a video of our performance at Martyrs' in September 2019. We took the track list from the original vinyl version of Live at Leeds and augmented it with a handful of songs that appeared on later, expanded reissues.
